Today I am offering you a perfect fast remedy for acne for overcoming these problems.

Just follow the procedure and steps correctly to see all your acne and pimples vanish fast and be happy with the results.

STEP NO. 1

 INNER CLEANSING

•              As soon as you wake up in the morning, the first thing you have to do is to 

sit and drink one to two glasses of hot water sip by sip, 

just as you drink tea.

By consuming hot water, your body temperature will increase and all the toxins deposited in your body would flush out. 

You have to do this every morning very sincerely.

 STEP NO. 2

 FACE CLEANING

•              Take 1 tablespoon Gram Flour and make a paste with Rosewater.

You have to wash your face with this paste. 

You do not have to use any soap or face wash. 

Besan cleans your skin deeply and removes the dead cells.

If you use this face wash paste daily, acne and pimples on your face begin to dry off slowly and the face becomes cleaner.

 STEP NO. 3

 CLOSING THE PORES AFTER CLEANING THE FACE

•              After washing the face with Gram flour, pour rose water on a cotton pad and apply it on the entire face so that the pores that have opened during cleaning, close down.

 STEP NO. 4

 ANTI ACNE AND PIMPLES FACE PACK 

For this pack preparation, we need: -

•              1 Tablespoon Multani Mitti or Fuller's earth - Multani Mitti removes excess oil, dirt, sebum, and all kinds of impurities from the skin. It cleans the pores inside and does not allow the acne pimples to develop further.

•              1 Tablespoon Sandal Wood Powder - Sandalwood Powder reduces skin irritation and inflammation eliminates infection, and soothe dry skin.

•              1 pinch of WILD turmeric - Turmeric improves complexion, makes skin glowing, and reduces pigmentation.

 Now we will make a thick paste by mixing these three ingredients with rosewater. Rosewater hydrates the skin.

Now apply this paste wherever you have acne and pimple. 

If you want, you can apply it on the whole face too. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it with normal water.

After thorough washing, clean the entire face once again with a cotton pad soaked in Rosewater.

STEP NO. 5

ANTI ACNE AND PIMPLES MOISTURIZER

After applying the face pack, if you find your face dry, then you can apply this homemade moisturizer on your face.

 For preparing the moisturizer, we need:

•              1 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel

•              Two to three drops of Tea Tree oil

Mix both the ingredients and apply on your face. 

You can prepare this moisturizer in more quantity, but for this, you will have to use aloe vera gel purchased from the market. It won't 'go bad' quickly.

If you follow these five steps daily in the morning and at night, you will see that within 1 to 2 days, your pimples have reduced to a great extent and within a few days, you will get rid of them.

Now some IMPORTANT tips to keep in mind

a) Follow all the above five steps seriously.

b) Do not use any kind of soap or face wash on your face because the chemicals found in it can increase your acne and pimples.

c) Reduce the intake of oily, sugary, and junk food.

d) Take a regular healthy and nutritious diet.

e) Drink eight to ten glasses of water to keep the body hydrated.

f) Most important thing: 

Even after following all these things, if there are constant acne pimples on your face and body, then you must consult your doctor once.
